The Year 6 children have been studying ‘Values: what matters most to Christians?’ as part of their Religious Education curriculum. They have talked about the importance of our school values and compared these with the values of one of our partner schools in India. The children have gained a better understanding of our rights and responsibilities and those of children in a different country. Our children designed and made bookmarks for each of our values, including Love, Trust, Forgiveness and Endurance. We sent these by post to St Mathew’s school in India. The children from our partner school made a presentation of their school values and sent us the photos via email to share with our children.
